– USA, NY – Two Harbors Investment Corp. (NYSE:TWO), today announced that Stephen G. Kasnet, Lead Independent Director of the Board of Directors, has been appointed as Chairman. In connection with Mr. Kasnet’s appointment, Brian Taylor announced that he is stepping down from his position as Chairman and member of the Board in order to more fully focus on the business and operations of Pine River Capital Management L.P., for which he serves as the Chief Executive Officer.
