Trustmark Mutual adds Kris Malkoski to its Board of Directors

– USA, IL – Trustmark Mutual Holding Company’s Chairman David Wick announced today that Kristine Malkoski, President North America & Chief Innovation Officer, World Kitchen, LLC, will be joining the board of directors.

“We are extremely pleased to add someone of Kris’ experience and expertise to Trustmark’s board of directors,” said Weick. “She has more than 30 years of proven leadership, marketing and innovation experience growing consumer brands at companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Ubiquity Brands, Sears and now World Kitchen. Her consumer focus and experience in a broad range of environments – including Fortune 500 companies, startups and private equity – will be valuable to the board.”

At World Kitchen, Ms. Malkoski is responsible for P&L for eight retail brands (Pyrex®, Corelle®, CorningWare®, Baker’s Secret®, Chicago Cutlery®, Ekco®, Revere® and Snapware®), the Olfa Industrial business, 90 outlet stores and the e-commerce business. In addition, she has created a comprehensive global new product development process looking at the retail, consumer and technology landscape over a five-year horizon.

Prior to assuming her current responsibilities at World Kitchen, Ms. Malkoski was Vice President and General Manager of the Craftsman® brand at Sears Holdings Co. She has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Chicago-based Ubiquity Brands, LLC; as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Pharmaceutical Corporation of America; and as Category General Manager, New Business Development, OTC Health Care at Proctor & Gamble.

Ms. Malkoski previously served on the boards of Banfi Vineyards and the University of Nebraska Foundation, School of Journalism. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was Vice President of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
