Trigon Agri announces Joakim Helenius as CEO and Peter Gæmelke as Chairman of the Board of Directors:

– DENMARK, Copenhagen – Trigon Agri A/S announces the following changes in the Executive Board and the Board of Directors of the company to become effective as of January 1, 2016.

Ülo Adamson will resign from the position as the CEO of the company. Joakim Helenius (current Chairman of the Board of Directors) will resign from the Board of Directors and take over the position as the CEO. Peter Gæmelke (current member of the Board of Directors) will become the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. All other members of the Executive Board and the Board of Directors will continue as previously.

Peter Gæmelke is an independent farmer since 1983 at Røj Farm, Chairman of Danske Spil, Lovenholm Fund, NatureEnergi BioGas A/S, Organization NLP, board member of Kirkbi A/S, DLR Credit A/S, Tryghedsgruppen, HCP A/S, Gl. Estrup Manor House Museum, and member of the executive board and central committee of the liberal party of Denmark, Venstre. Mr Gæmelke is also a former President of the Danish Agricultural Council (1995 – 2009). He holds a degree in Commerce and Accounting.
