– UK, London – Tri-Star Resources confirms that Emin Eyi has been appointed Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Tri-Star, and has stepped down as Managing Director of the Company. Emin has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer of Strategic & Precious Metals Processing LLC, a company in which Tri-Star has an equity interest of 40%. In the meantime, Guy Eastaugh has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tri-Star, in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer.
