Tremor Video appointed Michael Todd to its Board of Directors

– USA, NY – Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE:TRMR), an advertising technology company elevating brand performance across all screens for the world’s leading brands and publishers, today announced Michael Todd, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of mobile creative platform Victorious, has joined its Board of Directors.

“Mike is a proven product and technology leader, who brings deep programmatic expertise and entrepreneurial experience to Tremor. He will be a tremendous addition to our board, as technology continues to transform the video advertising market,” said Bill Day, CEO of Tremor Video. “His insight will be extremely valuable as we continue to develop advanced products and solutions to help advertisers and publishers optimize brand performance.”

Mr. Todd recently co-founded Victorious with several former YouTube executives to create a mobile platform that enables content creators to interact more directly with their fan base and communities.

Before co-founding Victorious, Mr. Todd was Chief Technology Officer at OpenX, where he was a key figure in designing and developing a programmatic online advertising exchange. Previously, Mr. Todd spent several years at Google, where he built and led teams totaling 200 engineers across 5 continents.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Todd founded several technology companies, including Scour, Inc. and Red Swoosh, Inc., both of which were ultimately acquired.
