TP Group appoints Phil Holland to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Slough – TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist services and engineering group, announces that Phil Holland has been appointed as Non-executive Director with immediate effect.

Phil is a chartered accountant and has over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles. Phil is currently Finance Director and Deputy Managing Director of Primary Health Properties PLC, a leading investor in primary care real estate, with a portfolio of over 290 medical centre properties across the UK and in the Republic of Ireland.

Prior to joining PHP, Phil was Chief Finance Officer for Captiva Capital Partners Limited, an alternative investment firm, raising over €400 million in the space of three years from investors. Previously, Phil has also held senior roles at Atlas Estates Limited, Laing O’Rourke plc, Teesland plc and Estates & General plc. Phil is currently a Non-executive Director of Network Homes, a leading housing association.
