– IRELAND, Dublin – Total Produce plc (AIM:TOT, OTC:TTPPF), is pleased to announce that Mr. Michael Meghen will join its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2018.
Michael is a retired senior corporate lawyer and has spent his career as a partner in Arthur Cox, Ireland’s largest legal firm. He possesses significant knowledge and experience in all aspects of company law and practice with a particular expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions.
