tinyBuild welcomes Nick van Dyk to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– USA, WA –  tinyBuild, Inc. (LON: TBLD), a leading video games publisher and developer with global operations, today announced the appointment of Nick van Dyk to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from today.

Nick will become chair of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees on appointment.

About Nick van Dyk

Nick van Dyk has been a strategic advisor to the Company since its IPO in March 2021. From 2015 to 2019 Nick was Co-President of Activision Blizzard Studios, where he was responsible for adapting Activision Blizzard’s most popular video game franchises, including Call of Duty, Skylanders Academy, and World of Warcraft, to the big and small screen.

Before joining Activision, Nick spent nine years at The Walt Disney Company where, as SVP of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, he helped drive Disney’s focus on franchise intellectual property and played a significant role in Pixar, Marvel, and Lucasfilm acquisitions. Nick’s entertainment industry experience spans over 25 years.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
