Thames Water Utilities appoints Catherine Lynn to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Reading – Thames Water Utilities Limited (LON:WATH), has appointed Catherine Lynn to its Board as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 28 November 2018.

Today’s announcement follows the recent appointments of independent non-executive directors Alistair Buchanan and Jill Shedden, as Thames Water’s Board restructure nears completion.

With her wealth of experience in ensuring millions of customers are at the heart of business decisions, Catherine is a great addition to the Board.”

About Catherine Lynn

Ms Lynn is a former Group Strategy and Group Commercial Director at easyJet and played a leadership role in Europe’s low cost aviation sector for 20 years, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

She was also part of the start up team for British Airways budget carrier Go Fly, as founding Head of Customer Services. Ms Lynn has more than 10 years non-executive experience, including seats on audit and risk and chair of remuneration committees with ACL (Airport Coordination Limited) and Liberty Living, a leading student accommodation provider.
