– USA, MD – Tenable Network Security, Inc., the leader in continuous network monitoring, has appointed accomplished business and financial leader Ron Kaiser as audit committee chair for the company’s board of directors.
Kaiser brings more than 35 years of public and private finance, accounting and operations experience to Tenable. As a veteran board member, CEO and CFO for over a dozen high-growth companies, Kaiser is the latest addition to Tenable’s board as the company executes on its growth strategy. In June, Tenable announced Michael Capellas as its board’s lead director.

Kaiser served as a board member and/or audit committee chair for OPNET Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPNT), Vocus, Inc. (NASDAQ:VOCS), Tangoe, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGO), and The Neat Company, where he also served as interim CEO from October 2013 to October 2014. Kaiser also previously served as CFO of Trusted Information Systems (NASDAQ: TISX), an early leader in cyber and Internet security.
