Telit Communications appoints Miriam Greenwood and Momo Liran to its Board as Non-Executive Directors

– UK, London – Telit Communications PLC (AIM: TCM), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), has appointed Miriam Greenwood OBE DL and Shlomo (Momo) Liran as non-executive directors with immediate effect. Miriam will also Chair the Group’s Remuneration committee.

Miriam is a qualified barrister who has spent more than 30 years working for a number of leading banks and financial institutions. With four partners she established SPARK Advisory Partners six years ago, as an independent corporate advisory business. She is a non-executive director of SMS plc, Mithras Investment Trust PLC and Eclipse Shipping Limited.

Shlomo has been Chief Executive of numerous businesses, most notably Ericsson Israel and the Swedish and Danish mobile operator TRE. He is currently an independent director of NASDAQ-listed microwave-based telecommunication equipment, Ceragon Networks and an external (independent) director of Tel Aviv-listed infrastructure and civil-works business, Minrav Holdings.

The Group intends to hold its annual general meeting in May 2018, and expects that the following directors will be proposed for re-election such that the Board would be comprised of five non-executive (one of which would be the Chairman) and two executive directors: Yariv Dafna, Simon Duffy, Yosi Fait, Miriam Greenwood, Richard Kilsby, Shlomo Liran and Lars Reger.
