– UK – Superglass Holdings Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lars John Rutegård as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect.
Lars, aged 36, brings a wealth of industry and financial experience to the Board. He is currently the Managing Director of International Fibres Group AB, a worldwide manufacturer of coloured polypropylene staple fibre and filament yarn, and an Investment Manager at Bronsstädet AB (which will be the Company’s largest shareholder, holding approximately 38.9% of the Company’s shares, following admission to AIM of the 125,000,000 new ordinary shares of the Company to be issued pursuant to the recently completed placing, as also announced today).
