Stock Spirits Group announces Kate Allum to its Board as upcoming Independent Director

– UK, Wooburn Green – Stock Spirits Group PLC (LSE:STCK), a leading owner and producer of premium branded spirits and liqueurs that are principally sold in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that  Kate Allum is joining the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 November 2018.

Kate is currently Chief Executive of CeDo, a privately-held group that supplies recycled plastic products to supermarket groups in Europe, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for Origin Enterprises, and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Cranswick plc. Kate was formerly Chief Executive of First Milk Ltd, and held various senior management positions at McDonalds and OSI International Foods.

As a result of this change, the composition of the Board’s Committees will now be as follows:
The Audit Committee will continue to be chaired by Mike Butterworth and its other members will be John Nicolson, Tomasz Blawat and Kate Allum
The Remuneration Committee will continue to be chaired by John Nicolson and its other members will be Tomasz Blawat, Diego Bevilacqua, Mike Butterworth and Kate Allum.
The Nomination Committee and the Disclosure Committee membership will not change.
