Staffline Group announces Ed Barker to the Board as upcoming Non-Executive Director

– UK – Staffline Group Plc, the national recruitment, outsourcing, training and Welfare to Work organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry, is today delighted to announce the appointment of Ed Barker as a Non-Executive director with effect from 1 November 2014.

Ed, aged 41, has over 11 years of experience in the retail sector working across a number of senior financial and operational functions including; Group Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Pensions, Group Financial Controller and Retail & Logistics Finance. 

Prior to working in industry, he achieved professional ACA qualification with PwC in 1998, and was made an FCA in 2013.

Following his appointment to the board, Ed will succeed Nick Keegan as chairman of the Audit and Risk Management committees as well as be a member of the Remuneration and Nomination committees.
