Sovrn added Tim Connor to its Board of Directors

– USA, CO – Sovrn, advocate and partner to independent publishers, who represent more than 80,000 websites, has today announced the addition of Tim Connor to its Board of Directors.

Tim is currently the CFO of Code42, an endpoint data protection and security SaaS company. Immediately prior to joining Code42, Tim was CFO at Datalogix, where he was responsible for all finance and administrative functions until its acquisition by Oracle in 2015. Tim has spent his career working with high growth technology companies in a variety of roles including CFO with both public and private companies, venture investor and investment banker.

“Tim brings important financial and domain-relevant operating experience to the Sovrn Board,” said Walter Knapp, CEO of Sovrn. “He has both public company and high-scale private company financial experience that will be incredibly valuable as we continue our growth curve.”
