Sonendo adds Brooks Andrews to its Board along with raising $85m financing led EW Healthcare Partners

– USA, CA –  Sonendo, Inc., a leading dental technology company, announced today an $85 million financing led by EW Healthcare Partners, a global healthcare growth equity firm. Other new investors include Redmile Group, ArrowMark Partners, and Broadfin Capital while existing investors participating in the round include General Atlantic, Orbimed Advisors LLC, Meritech Capital Partners, CVF LLC, NeoMed Management, Perceptive Advisors, JMR Capital, SEB Private Equity, and Security Pacific Finance.

Along with the financing, Brooks Andrews, a Partner with EW will be joining the Board of Directors.
