– IRELAND, Dublin – Smurfit Kappa Group Plc (LON: SKG), one of the world’s largest manufacturers of paper-based packaging products, with operations in Europe and the Americas today announced that Gonzalo Restrepo has been appointed as the Group’s Senior Independent Director, effective from 6 December 2019, as part of the ongoing Board refreshment process.
- Christel Bories, who has served as a non-executive Director since 2012, has retired from the Board, effective from 5 December 2019.
- Roberto Newell who has served as a non-executive Director since 2011 and as Senior Independent Director since 2017, has retired from the Board, effective from 5 December 2019.
