Jill has had 24 years’ experience in investment banking, 13 years in M&A with SG Warburg and 11 years as a Managing Director at UBS, where she was responsible for Cross Business Strategy. She is a Non-executive Director of JP Morgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc and Ruffer Investment Company. She is a Panel Member of the Competition and Markets Authority and a non-executive Director of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW).
