– UK, Sheffield – SIG plc (LSE:SHI), confirms that Doug Robertson will retire as a Director of the Board on 31 January 2017 and will leave the Group on 28 February 2017, following a handover period.
Doug will be succeeded by Nick Maddock, who will be joining the Group on 23 January 2017, and will be appointed as a Director of the Board on 1 February 2017.
