Shefa Gems appoints Vered Toledo as CEO alongside Yossi Taub as Corporate Development Executive Director

– ISRAEL, Netanya –  Shefa Gems Ltd. (LON: SEFA), a company focused on advanced exploration and development of multi-gemstone projects in Northern Israel, today announced the appointment of Mrs Vered Toledo as CEO with immediate effect.

The company have also announced that Yossi Itzhak Taub has been appointed as Corporate Development Executive Director and that the Board of Directors has created a new Executive Committee, effective immediately.

Vered has worked with the late Avi Taub on the development of the Company’s exploration project in the Kishon Mid-Reach region, Northern Israel, since its very beginning some 21 years ago. Vered was previously Shefa Gems’ Chief Operations Officer.

Yosef is the son of the late Avi Taub and was appointed to the Board of Directors on 17 December 2019.

The Board of Directors has appointed an Executive Committee to deal with the day-to-day management of the Company’s affairs. The initial members are Michael Rosenberg, OBE, James Campbell, Vered Toledo, Yosef Itzhak Taub and David Ben David.
