– UK, Brentwood – Shawbrook Group PLC (LSE:SHAW) today announces the appointment of David Gagie as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2016.
David is currently a Senior Advisor to the Financial Conduct Authority but will step down from this role prior to joining Shawbrook. David Gagie is a non-executive director of Payzone and a director of MyWorkSearch. Earlier in his career, David was an Advisory Board Director of ING Direct, Managing Director of Consumer Lending & Current Accounts at Lloyds Bank, Chairman of Mastercard UK and a Director of Visa UK and Link Ltd.
