– UK – Shaftesbury PLC announced on 25 May 2016 that Jonathan Nicholls would be appointed to the Board as Chairman designate on 1 September 2016.
The Company has today formally appointed Jonathan Nicholls to the Board and he will become Chairman on 1 October 2016.
