– UK, London – Shaftesbury PLC (LSE:SHB), is pleased to announce that Richard Akers will join the Board as a non-executive director on 28 November 2017, following the announcement of the Company’s 2017 annual results.
Richard joined Land Securities Group PLC in in 1995 and was on the Board from May 2005 until March 2014 following his appointment as Managing Director of the Retail Portfolio. He is currently senior independent director of Barratt Developments PLC. He was a non-executive director of Emaar Malls PJSC from October 2014 to April 2017.
