SerVision appoints Antony Legge to the Board as Non-Executive Director

– ISRAEL, Jerusalem – SerVision (AIM: SEV), the AIM quoted developer and manufacturer of digital security systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Antony Legge to the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Antony Legge is an experienced corporate financier and former nominated adviser with over 20 years’ experience in providing financial, regulatory and commercial advice to a range of companies seeking to access the London capital markets, predominantly the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

From 2008 to 2010, Antony worked for Astaire Securities as a Director of Corporate Finance and as an AIM Qualified Executive. He was subsequently a Director of Corporate Finance and AIM Qualified Executive at Daniel Stewart & Co Limited between 2010 and 2014. Antony left Daniel Stewart & Co Limited to provide consulting and mentoring services to AIM companies and companies looking to access the London capital markets. During his time at Daniel Stewart, Antony worked with a large number of foreign companies and has a good understanding of the challenges facing overseas businesses whose shares are quoted in London.
