– CYPRUS, Nicosia – Secure Property Development & Investment PLC (AIM:SPDI), the AIM-quoted South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces that Paul Ensor is stepping down as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of SPDI after 11 years in role. He will remain as a Non-Executive Director with responsibility for setting up an Advisory Counsel to the Board – further announcements on which will be made shortly.
Assuming the position of Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect is Michael Beys, who was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 5 April 2018. Additionally, Harin Thacker, current Non-Executive Director of SPDI, has been appointed as Non-Executive Vice Chairman.
