Ms. Skula, who currently serves as an Operating Partner of Riverside, a global investment firm, brings to the board more than 30 years of experience in retail. Before joining Riverside, she spent the majority of her career in various roles with Rent-A-Center, including serving as President and CEO of Rent-A-Center Franchising International, the Company’s wholly-owned franchise subsidiary. There she grew the number of locations from 200 to more than 500, earning the #2 spot on Entrepreneur magazine’s list of “Best New Franchises.” Ms. Skula’s other executive roles with Rent-A-Center include tenure as Executive VP and Chief Development Officer as well as Division VP of Operations.
