Saint Jean Carbon appoints Doug Windsor to its Board of Directors as President

– CANADA, Calgary – Saint Jean Carbon Inc. (TSX:SJL | OTCQB:TORVF) today announced that Doug Windsor has joined the board and accepted the position of President effective immediately.

Paul Ogilvie, CEO, commented: “We welcome Doug to our Board and now formally apart of the management team, it has been a pleasure for the Company to work with Doug, we look forward to his valuable input and strong design sense. Doug will continue to co-lead our team of consultants through the vast array of projects we have on the go, and the ones we plan on developing.”

The Company also announces the resignation of Bill Pfaffenberger and David Madill from their Board positions effective immediately.

Doug Windsor is a professional engineer; he graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Doug has been working with Saint Jean now for the last two years as a consultant and co-lead on most of the projects the Company has been working on.
