– GUERNSEY, St. Peter Port – Ruffer Investment Company Limited (LON: RICA) today announced the appointment of Nicholas Pink as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 September 2020.

About Nicholas Pink
Mr Pink, a UK resident, will replace Ashe Windham who will be retiring at the Annual General Meeting on 4 December 2020, at which point Chris Russell will become Chairman of the Board. Meantime, the search is well underway for a director to replace John Baldwin who is planning to retire from the Board in June 2020.
