– UK, London – RSA Insurance Group plc (LON: RSA), announces that due to personal reasons Isabel Hudson has decided to retire from the Board on 31 July 2019, and Martin Strobel, an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board Risk Committee, will succeed Isabel as the Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 August 2019.
Martin Scicluna, RSA Chairman, said: “Isabel has made a significant contribution to RSA as Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Board Risk, Remuneration, and Nomination and Governance Committees. I would like to personally thank Isabel for the invaluable advice and guidance she has given to the Board and management. She leaves the Board with our best wishes.”
