– UK, London – Rosslyn Data Technologies Plc, further to the announcement on 20 May 2015, announces that with effect from 31 July 2015 Francis Reid has stepped down from the Company’s Board. Roger Bullen has been appointed as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer and will step up to the Company’s board on 1 October 2015.
