– UK, London – Robert Walters PLC (LON: RWA), the leading international recruitment group, today announced the appointment of Ron Mobed to its Board of Directors as Chairman-designate effective on 1st December 2020, to succeed Carol Hui who informed the Board of her intention to step down as Non-executive Chairman on 29 January 2021.

Ron has a wide range of international experience having most recently held the position of CEO of Elsevier, the largest operating unit of RELX Group PLC. Prior to that, Ron spent 24 years at Schlumberger before joining IHS where he was President, Energy and COO and then Vice-Chairman in 2008. Ron is currently a Non-executive Director at AVEVA Group plc as well as Ordnance Survey and is a Supervisory Board Member at Fugro N.V.
