River Valley Community Bank appoints Stephen Danna as new Chairman of the Board of Directors

– USA, CA – River Valley Community Bank (OTC: RVVY), today announced the appointment of Stephen F. Danna as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Danna has served as a Director since the Bank’s founding in 2006 and succeeds Gurjeet (Gary) S. Thiara who has served as the Bank’s Chairman since 2006. Mr. Thiara will remain an active Director on the Board.
