– USA, CA – Revinate today announced it has raised $15.34 million in Series B financing. Revinate launched its first SaaS solution in 2010 to help hoteliers manage online reputation. Today, Revinate has 24,000 hotel customers across 164 countries and a suite of software solutions that helps hotels increase guest satisfaction, know more about guests and drive revenue. The Series B funds bring total investment in Revinate to $33 million.
Tenaya Capital, Northgate Capital and Industry Ventures invested in this round of funding. All previous investors, including Benchmark, Formation 8 and Tao Capital Partners also participated, among others. Brian Melton, Managing Director of Tenaya Capital, will join the Revinate Board of Directors.
