Revenue Analytics adds Rodney Rodgers to its Board along with raising $11m Series A funding led by Noro-Moseley Partners

– USA, GA –  Revenue Analytics, the Pricing & revenue management pioneer, today announced that the company has closed an $11 million Series A led by Noro-Moseley Partners with participation from Blue Lagoon Capital.

Having bootstrapped from a startup in 2005 to over 100 employees today, Revenue Analytics has developed deep expertise in delivering commercial analytics to Fortune 500 clients. The company is known for delivering bespoke, predictive analytics software applications that drive millions in revenue uplift and eliminate wasted time for the world’s largest hotels, cruise lines and media companies.

“If you booked a business trip or vacation anytime in the past decade, odds are that the price you paid was the result of a Revenue Analytics algorithm,” said Alan Taetle, general partner, Noro-Moseley Partners.

In 2016, Revenue Analytics pivoted from delivering customized client solutions, deciding to leverage its intellectual property in a broader and more impactful way. The team began building a scalable, cloud-based predictive analytics platform that is already delivering results across multiple verticals, including travel, media, automotive, service retail, and consumer and industrial products. Today, the machine learning-based platform provides customers with more than 70 micro-services that continuously update, offering powerful predictive analytics that drives smarter commercial decisions.

With this capital infusion, Revenue Analytics will scale to spur innovation, growth and client success. It intends to hire an additional 50 people across sales, marketing, and product development roles in the next 12-18 months.

Taetle continued, “The company’s track-record of delivering results for its customers, innovative SaaS analytics platform and strong corporate culture has paved the way for what we believe will be growing success across multiple markets. Noro-Mosley Partners is excited to be part of the Revenue Analytics journey for many years to come.”

Revenue Analytics plans to leverage Noro-Moseley Partners’ extensive experience scaling technology companies. In addition, Blue Lagoon Capital partner and co-founder Rodney Rodgers will join Revenue Analytics’ board of directors. Rogers was previously the Chairman and CEO of Virtustream, an enterprise cloud-service provider, which was acquired by EMC for $1.2 billion in 2015.

“We are proud of our growth and impact over the last 15 years. There is truly no company that has had more success in helping companies apply predictive analytics to commercial decisions than ours,” said Dax Cross, CEO of Revenue Analytics. “But we’re even more excited about our future. Thanks to the investment by Noro-Moseley Partners and Blue Lagoon Capital and the expertise they bring to the table, we can now grow faster and have an even greater impact. Scaling the company drives our mission of creating value and enriching lives.”
