Redcentric appoints Nick Bate to its Board of Directors as Independent Chairman

– UK, Harrogate –  Redcentric plc (LON: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, today announced the appointment of Nick Bate to its Board as independent non-executive chairman, effective immediately, succeeding Ian Johnson who has stepped down from the board.

Nick Bate will also join the nomination committee as Chair and the remuneration committee as a member.

Redcentric also announced that Jon Kempster, non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee, has notified the Board that he does not intend to stand for re-election at the next AGM in September 2022.
