React Group appoints Lesley Innes to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Swadlincote – REACT Group PLC (AIM:REAT), the specialist provider of rapid response deep cleaning and emergency decontamination services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lesley Innes as a non-executive director with immediate effect. In addition, Simon Woolley who tendered his resignation as a non-executive director in December 2017, leaves the Board with immediate effect.

Lesley qualified as a chartered accountant with a small firm before spending approximately 7 years with KPMG. She has significant experience in finance, spending 10 years as Finance Director of Wilshaw PLC and 13 years as Finance Director of Invigia Limited, a niche software company which was bought by Equiniti Group plc in 2014. She also served on the board of Symphony Telecom Holdings PLC as a non-executive director, and was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee, until its acquisition by Redstone plc. In addition Lesley has provided consultancy services to a number of SMEs
