– CANADA, Calgary – Raise Production Inc. (TSX-V:RPC) today announced that shareholders approved fixing the number of directors at six, and elected Dan Newman as a new Board member.
Mr. Dan Newman is the Chief Executive Officer of Endurance Lift Holdings and has significant energy industry and board experience.
Raise would like to thank a former Board member, Dr. Sherry Austin, for her outstanding contributions, leadership and guidance to the Company during her fifteen years as a Board member of the Company and its predecessor, Global Energy Services Ltd.
