PZ Cussons appointed Tamara Minick-Scokalo and Dariusz Kucz to its Board as Non-Executive Directors

– UK, Manchester – PZ Cussons plc (LSE:PZC) announced that Tamara Minick-Scokalo and Dariusz Kucz have joined the Board as Non-executive Directors with effect from 1 May 2018.

Tamara Minick-Scokalo has held senior marketing and commercial positions at consumer businesses including P&G, Coca-Cola Company, Cadbury plc and Mondelez. Until 2016, she was Regional President, Growth Markets for Pearson plc, the FTSE 100 international publishing and education company, with responsibility for emerging markets. She is a Non-executive Director of Amer Sports, OHorizons, Let’s Go Crazy Holdings and Mustad Hoofcare.

Dariusz Kucz is Chief Top Line Officer of Haribo, the international confectionery company, leading its global commercial operations. He has previously held senior leadership roles at Danone, where he led the baby food business in Asia Pacific, and Wrigley, where he was Regional VP, Central and Eastern Europe.
