Proton Motor Power Systems appoints Board member Ali Naini as Chairman of the Board of Directors

– UK, Newcastle upon Tyne –  Proton Motor Power Systems plc (LON: PPS), the designer, developer, and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Ali Naini as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective immediately, succeeding Helmut Gierse who is retiring from the Board with immediate effect.

Mr. Ali Naini joined the Board of Proton Motor as a Non-Executive Director on 31 May 2023.
