– USA, CA – Procera Networks, Inc., the global Subscriber Experience company, announced today that its Board of Directors has named Lyndon Cantor as chief executive officer to replace James Brear, who has announced his departure from the company.

Lyndon Cantor has 30 years of experience in telecommunication and enterprise technology markets. Most recently he served as president of Tektronix Communications, a network assurance solutions provider serving network operators across fixed, mobile and cable environments. In his three years as president, Cantor helped increase revenue from $323 million to $463 million, while considerably increasing operating margins. He also drove an aggressive innovation agenda that launched several new products.
