ProAssurance adds Rich Bielen and Staci Pierce to its Board of Directors

– USA, AL –  ProAssurance Corporation (NYSE: PRA) today announced the election of Rich Bielen and Staci Pierce to its Board of Directors as new members at the 2024 AGM on May 22 alongside re-elected directors Bruce Angiolillo (chairman), and Sam Di Piazza.
