Private & Commercial Finance Group appoints Christine Higgins to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London – Private & Commercial Finance Group plc (AIM:PCF), the AIM-quoted specialist bank, announces the appointment of Christine Higgins as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Ms Higgins is a qualified accountant and an experienced executive and non-executive director with a career at both building societies and banks. She has held a variety of roles on boards and board committees and is currently a non-executive director of the Buckinghamshire Building Society.

As part of the Group’s authorised status as a bank, Ms Higgins has completed the required Prudential Regulation Authority and Financial Conduct Authority due diligence processes.
