– UK, Guildford – Premier Asset Management Group PLC (LON: PAM) today confirmed the appointment of Piers Harrison as finance director and Katrina Hart as a non-executive director.
The Company also confirms the resignation of both Luke Anton Wiseman and Neil Macpherson from the board of the Company. All appointments and resignations will take effect from the date of this announcement.
