Precise Biometrics appoints Håkan Persson as CEO

– SWEDEN, Stockholm – Håkan Persson has been appointed CEO of Precise Biometrics (STO:PREC), effective as from June 16, 2014.

“Håkan has many years of CEO experience in building and developing businesses. The Board is very pleased to have Håkan as CEO. We are convinced that Håkan has the right background for continuing to develop Precise Biometrics into a profitable growth, a job he began as interim CEO of the company. Håkan will initially continue to focus on sales and Precise Biometrics portfolio of existing products and services,” says Torgny Hellström, Chairman of the Board.

Håkan Persson is 53 years old and has a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Lund. He has a long and successful international career in the technology and telecommunications industry, including CEO of listed and non listed companies. Håkan is married and has three children.
