– NETHERLANDS, Amsterdam – PPHE Hotel Group Limited (LON: PPH), an international hospitality real estate company which together with its subsidiaries owns and develops hotels and resorts, operates the Park Plaza brand in EMEA and owns the art’otel brand, today announced that its Board has appointed Kenneth Bradley as a non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect. Ken will also be a member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

About Ken Bradley
Ken is a former Chief Country Officer of both RBSI and Barclays Bank. Ken brings a wealth of financial and managerial experience, having joined the RBS Group in 1988, where he spent twenty years in a range of management roles with a focus on Corporate and Institutional Banking and Risk management. Ken was Island Director at RBS Group until 2009, overseeing the business in Guernsey.
Ken subsequently joined Barclays Bank where he was Guernsey Island Director and Chief Country Officer until 2017, responsible for Barclays Wealth’s Banking and Trust business in Guernsey, and with responsibilities extending to the Fiduciary Banking segment in various other locations. During his career, Ken held a variety of leadership roles covering all aspects of offshore corporate and commercial banking and management. This has included developing and executing various business segment strategies and sitting on various subsidiary boards and overseas services executive committees.
Ken also has an MBA from Warwick Business School and has completed the Institute of Directors Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction.
