Photonstar LED names Jonathan Freeman as Chairman of the Board

– UK, Romsey – PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL), the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, announces that Group Chairman Drew Nelson has decided to step down from his role as Chairman due to extensive business and travel commitments, although he will remain on the Board as a Non-executive Director.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Freeman as Chairman, who is currently a Non-executive Director of the Company.

Commenting today on Drew’s departure as Chairman, Jonathan said: “We would like to thank Drew for his significant contribution to the Board as Chairman, at a time of major change, helping the transition of the Group from a British designer and manufacturer of retrofit LED lighting, to the introduction of Halcyon, an advanced wirelessly controlled IoT circadian lighting solution. We look forward to continuing to work with him as a Board member.”
