– UK, London – Phorm (AIM: PHRM), a leading advertising-technology company and first party data platform provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lin Jieyuan as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
Mr Jieyuan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Pikai Pte. Ltd., a Singapore based company that specialises in providing outsourced accounting services to small and medium sized enterprises. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2011, he was Senior Accountant at Singapore based container terminals operator, PSA Corporation Limited. From 2005 to 2008, Mr Jieyuan worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG NV. He graduated from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a B.A. in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
