Mr. England was the 29th Deputy Secretary of Defense, was the 1st Deputy Secretary of the newly formed Department of Homeland Security and served previously as the 72nd and 73rd Secretary of the Navy. Mr. England currently is a General and limited Partner of GLILOT Capital Partners, an Israeli private equity firm. Additionally, Mr. England is a member of the prestigious National Academy of Engineering.

Prior to joining the federal government, he served as President of the General Dynamics Fort Worth Aircraft Company (later Lockheed), President of the General Dynamics Land Systems Company and as corporate Executive Vice President of General Dynamics Information Systems and Technology Sector, Ground Combat Systems Sector and the International Sector. Mr. England has served in a variety of civic, charitable and government organizations, including the USO’s Board of Governors; the Defense Science Board and many others.
