– UK, Exeter – Pennon Group (LSE:PNN), today announced the appointment of Iain Evans as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2018.
Iain will replace Martin Angle whose planned retirement from the Board was announced recently. To allow for a period of continuity, Martin will stand down from the Board on 31 December 2018.
