Mrs. Franklin served as Presidential Cabinet Secretary to the U.S. Department of Commerce and served in a variety of high-level positions for five U.S. Presidents. She is a recipient of the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service and now serves as President and CEO of Barbara Franklin Enterprises.
